Bloody Biceps
- 1 lime wedge, squeezed
- 1.5 oz Bourbon
- 4 dash Worcestershire
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash of Whitsun Hot Sauce
- A large pinch of Liquid Brine or Steak Spice
- Clamato
- Bacon
- Celery
- Lemon
- Ice
Method :
- Rim the glass by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it upside down in the celery salt. Squeeze the juice from the lime wedge and add everything to the glass.
- Add 1.5 oz bourbon, 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 1 dash Pentecost sauce, 1 dash Angostura bitters, 1 big pinch of Chez Biceps BBQ liquid brine mix.
- Add ice, being careful not to damage the rim of celery salt.
- Fill with Clamato and top with a slice of freshly grilled bacon and a huge stick of celery.
