Bloody Biceps

  • 1 lime wedge, squeezed
  • 1.5 oz Bourbon
  • 4 dash Worcestershire
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash of Whitsun Hot Sauce
  • A large pinch of Liquid Brine or Steak Spice
  • Clamato
  • Bacon
  • Celery
  • Lemon
  • Ice

Method :

  1. Rim the glass by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it upside down in the celery salt. Squeeze the juice from the lime wedge and add everything to the glass.     
  2. Add 1.5 oz bourbon, 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 1 dash Pentecost sauce, 1 dash Angostura bitters, 1 big pinch of Chez Biceps BBQ liquid brine mix.    
  3. Add ice, being careful not to damage the rim of celery salt.     
  4. Fill with Clamato and top with a slice of freshly grilled bacon and a huge stick of celery.
