The Zipmoilou workshops and chef Vincent Chatigny join forces. Several tons of brisket, dozen of cords of wood and an army of experience cooks on a real mission directly at the restaurant, forged the design of these virtually indestructible hand protector. An "oversized"design! A 100% cotton canvas insulation between a layer of thick suede and a layer of 4.5oz full-grain leather featuring our heat-pressed logo, this creation seems to come straight from darkness. The riveted prestige leather strap will allow you to hang your hand protector in plain sight, letting how serious you are when it comes to BBQ. Like any good smoker, your hand protector requires a break-in period in order to develop their full flexibility.
