Born of an impromptu encounter one August evening under a moon at its peak. A brew of absolute rarity in an ultra-precious 500-bottle cuvée, combining the tranquility of the Côte-Nord with the fiery blazes of Quebec City, was born.

Its foam is rich and thick, its contents magical, malty and incandescent.

Designed to warm your snowy holiday evenings, Vincent et de Vinci is a strong rousse dosed with maple syrup and infused with burnt ginger, the ultimate ingredient in our BBQ sauce. The ginger is first burned completely over charcoal and then peeled to remove the charred skin. The ginger is then ground and added to the beer at the end of the boil, with a touch of maple syrup for a smooth infusion.

The label features a moon in apogee, overlooking Leonardo da Vinci's Lady with an Ermine.

Our beer is available directly from Biceps BBQ, with your supper or to take away.

Upon pickup, you'll be asked for identification to ensure you're of legal age to purchase alcoholic products.
