A new special collaboration between Au Pied De Cochon and Chez Biceps BBQ.
For this second collaboration, Vincent Chatigny wanted a fruitier, semi-dry product, so we developed a different product with suggestions from Vincent Dion of the cidery.
We started with a blend of apples and pears to make a traditional cider aged in the méthode champenoise. After bubbling and disgorging (expelling the yeast from the bottle without filtration), we added a homemade syrup of cranberries, morello cherries, apples and pears from Martin's orchard. The result is an absolutely mind-blowing, well-sparkling rosé and semi-dry cider that's VERY, VERY pleasant to drink well chilled and on any occasion!
Unfiltered, 750 ml, 7% alcohol
When you pick up your cider at the restaurant, we'll ask for your ID to make sure you're of legal drinking age.
Our cider is available directly from Biceps BBQ, on site or to take away.
